Jennifer Gong
Jennifer Gong serves as the Executive Director at Youth In Focus. She has worked in a variety of settings including the California State Legislature, the RAND Corporation, and the Los Angeles Educational Partnership. She most recently joins Youth In Focus from a faculty position at the University of Georgia, where she taught courses in organizational behavior, leadership and policy, and school/community partnerships. Jennifer received her Ph.D. from UCLA's School of Education and Information Studies under the direction of Jeannie Oakes. In addition to, Jennifer holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard and a B.A. in Sociology from U.C. Berkeley.
