Elizabeth Majestic, MS, MPH
Elizabeth Majestic is the Associate Director for Program Development at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention?s (CDC) National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing new programs and partnerships with the business and healthcare sectors. She also oversees the ?Steps to a Healthier US? community grant program. Prior to that, Ms. Majestic served both as the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health for Disease Prevention and Health Promotion and Acting Director of the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion at the US Department of Health and Human Services.
