Kathy Hoy, EdD, RD

Kathy Hoy is Nutrition Research Manager at the Produce for Better Health Foundation (PBH).  In this role, she monitors scientific literature for the foundation’s programs and collaborates on research projects that provide relevant data for promoting consumption of fruits and vegetables.  Prior to joining PBH, Dr. Hoy was a national coordinator for the Women’s Intervention Nutrition Study and research coordinator at the Obesity Research Center in New York.  She is the author of several scientific publications, and has frequently presented research at national scientific meetings. 

Dr. Hoy holds both a master’s degree in applied physiology and nutrition and doctoral degree in nutrition from Teachers College at Columbia University.
